At Cover To Cover Books, we want to be your supplier for books, no matter your preference for how you read. For years, we've ordered new books in at the best possible price, offered the largest selection of used books in the greater Moncton area, maintained a computerized "wants" system for those hard-to-find books, and made it possible for you to search our inventory from the comfort of your own home.
Now, we're pleased to be able to offer eBooks, through a partnership with Google eBooksTM and CampusEBookstore.com. Google eBooks brags the largest selection of eBooks in the world, and much of that collection is now available to Canadian customers. (They are still working out Canadian rights on some titles, so the selection is constantly growing).
Q: Why should I buy eBooks from your site?
A: By purchasing eBooks on our site, you are supporting a locally-owned business, and keeping profits in our community. As a local business, we employ local people, purchase good locally, and support local authors. We aim to meet all your reading needs, whether you are looking for a brand-new printed book, an out-of-print or used book, or a digital book. Purchasing your reading material in all formats from us, helps us to continue to provide reading material to our community at the best price possible.
Q: Are your prices competitive?
A: In Canada, many eBook prices are actually set by the publisher - individual resellers can't discount those prices. As a result, the price of these books will be the same across all platforms where they are for sale. For other titles, we invite you to compare the price - you'll find our prices are very competitive.
Q: What is "Google eBooks"?
A: Google eBooks is a Google initiative to make digital books available to the world, independent of the device you use to read them. Google eBooks partners with independent book sellers (like us), and directly supports local businesses (unlike some internet-based book businesses). Books you purchase from Google eBooks (including those purchased through our website), are stored in the cloud, and are available to you from anywhere, using your Google account.

Q: Is downloading your Google eBooks to my reader complicated?

Q: Do my Google eBook purchases earn Cover To Cover Rewards?
A: They will - our partnership with Google Books is still new, but we will soon be able to link purchases of eBooks made on our site with your customer account in our system. The link will be email address, so please ensure your email address on file with us in the store is the same email address you use to purchase eBooks on our site.
Q: Can I redeem Rewards points to purchase eBooks?
A: Unfortunately, no. Because eBooks are actually purchased through our partner, CampusEBooks website, there's no way to use a Cover To Cover Books reward on those purchases. Rewards may still be redeemed for anything in-store, including coffee and special-orders of new books.
Q: Can I use a Cover To Cover Books giftcard for eBooks?
A: Unfortunately, no. Because eBooks are actually purchased through our partner, CampusEBooks
website, there's no way to use a Cover To Cover Books gift card on their site. Gift cards still be redeemed for anything in-store,
including coffee and special-orders of new books.
Q: I found the book I want, but it doesn't show a price - it just says "Coming soon".
A: Google eBooks is still quite new in Canada, and distribution agreements are still pending for some titles in Canada. The availability of titles increases daily, so please continue to check for your desired titles.
